About Us

We believe culture isn’t just words on a wall — it’s the daily experience of the people who make your mission possible.

Conscious Culture helps mission-driven organizations turn values like equity, care, and accountability into lived reality. Using a sociological lens and data-driven insight, we uncover where policies, practices, and employee experiences align — and where they don’t.

Through culture audits, research, and alignment consulting, we partner with nonprofits, schools, and values-first teams to build workplaces where integrity isn’t aspirational, it’s operational.

Rooted in research. Grounded in community. Powered by care.

I’m a sociologist, researcher, and strategist who understands work can be a site of freedom, care, and structural change. With a Master’s degree in Sociology and over a decade of experience in data, educational initiatives, and culture-focused research, I bring both analytical rigor and deep empathy to every project.

Before launching Conscious Culture, I led data and research teams in nonprofit, academic, and corporate settings, designing systems that made invisible patterns visible and helping organizations act on what matters. My graduate training in Sociology informs a lens that sees culture as systems: the policies, norms, and structures that shape people’s everyday lives at work.

Through Conscious Culture, I help mission-driven teams, nonprofits, schools, and values-aligned companies build internal practices that reflect the external values they champion. My work combines qualitative insights with data-backed analysis to uncover misalignments, surface strengths, and co-create intentional pathways toward coherence, equity, and integrity.

When I’m not facilitating cultural audits or designing trainings, you’ll find me writing, dreaming up frameworks, or reminding organizations that culture is a living system and they have the power to shape it.
