I’m a sociologist, researcher, and strategist who understands work can be a site of freedom, care, and structural change. With over a decade of experience in data systems, educational initiatives, and culture-focused research, I bring both analytical rigor and deep empathy to every project.
Before launching Conscious Culture, I led data and research teams in nonprofit, academic, and corporate settings, designing systems that made invisible patterns visible and helping organizations act on what matters. My background in Sociology informs a lens that sees culture as systems: the policies, norms, and structures that shape people’s everyday lives at work.
Through Conscious Culture, I help mission-driven teams, nonprofits, schools, and values-aligned companies build internal practices that reflect the external values they champion. My work combines qualitative insights with data-backed analysis to uncover misalignments, surface strengths, and co-create intentional pathways toward coherence, equity, and integrity.
When I’m not facilitating cultural audits or designing trainings, you’ll find me writing, dreaming up frameworks, or reminding organizations that culture is a living system and they have the power to shape it.
